We are sorry Rachel that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We worked very hard to try and assist you with what you felt was the Febreze smell in the room. The majority of our guests comment on how clean our rooms are and fresh smelling. If you had notified us in advance that you are highly sensitive to Febreze we would have eliminated that from our cleaning routine.

We had an amazing stay there, the hot tub was great and all the restaurant recommendations were so helpful!

We are sorry Mike that you didn't fully enjoy your stay, but without any details it's hard to know what wasn't satisfactory. You stayed in our Gracious room which is one of our more popular rooms and guests love the rustic, mountain decor. We also get lots of compliments on that bed with its new mattress. We hope you weren't annoyed about us not being able to give you a later check out and felt it necessary to give us a poor rating.
