When my family and I arrived, the inside temperature was 90 degrees. We couldn’t get the house to cool down. (There is no air conditioning.) The heat was unbearable, and we decided we couldn’t stay. We had to go to a hotel. Even though I contacted Hotels.com, as well as the property management company, right away about the terrible heat, I am being told that getting our money back is not an option.
The amount of time I spent trying to correspond with Hotels.com and the property management company, ruined my long weekend in Colorado.
