The beds were very hard and uncomfortable the light/exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud and flickered. We actually extended our stay but move to a different motel in the area

Worst experience ever!! I woke up around 3:00 to water dripping and just thought it was the faucet but at 5:00 when I got up the room was flooded I contacted the front desk and explain the room had 2 in of water on the floor and all of my stuff was wet they told me to contact Expedia who I booked the room through. Then I was told they would just refund my money to Expedia why didn't want that I didn't want that, I was exhausted and I had to wash and dry all of my wet belongings I asked him if they could just apply it to another night and move me to another room and they said they could not do that. And they offered no assistance with my stuff and didn't care that my room was completely flooded they all came and took pictures and turns out the people above me have left their water on but basically I ended up leaving that morning early with a bunch of wet belongings and no assistance in the hotel regarding my things or the fact that I was completely inconvenient and could not understand why they could refund the room but they couldn't apply it to another night so I could get some rest and dry my belongings. They just didn't care

Horrible! Bed wasn't much more than a cot, room stank and people being loud and slamming doors all night. Didnt sleep at all. Biggest waste of money ever.
