Staff always ready to go out of their way to help in any way and very friendly Leni and Pasek were extremely helpful to try and solve anything that needed fixing,

The only flaws we noticed were the lack of a functioning plug in the bathroom basin and no hot water to it. For a 3 Star rated hotel it was a great experience. At an age approaching 80, we will seek to return to this place.

Great location in the centre of Sanur. Rooms are old but ok, shower in bath is difficult getting in and out plus shower rose poor. Breakfast is a buffet served every day cold! Straight from the refrigerator…lol..

Good location aside but very close to bars, shops etc..
Beach is 100m away,staff are very friendly and helpful

Great Location, easy walk to Main Street Shops and beachfront boardwalk. Fat add were extremely helpful. Great accommodation for the price. Clean quiet room, had an issue with aircon but was quickly fixed same day.
