Very pleasant stay in our 2 bedroom with private pool villa. Excellent service by very friendly and helpful staff especially DIKA and breakfast crew. Lovely to have the warm private pool at your doorstep. The hotel supply a shuttle that drops you off to many places and are more than happy to pick you up as well. The road noise at night is not a problem at all as it’s very quiet considering it’s on a busy road. Very pleasant stay.

Takes forever to reply
Posted 16 Feb 2023 on HotelsSprained my ankle in Bali. I asked the hotel to see if there were any exceptions to make to my reservation because I needed to leave Indonesia to get an MRI. They took 3 days to ask for proof of healthcare services. I provided them pictures of all my paperwork, and then they took another 3 days to respond ultimately to tell me it was too late to do anything. I was 10 days away from my reservation, but waiting for the hotel's response alone is part of the reason why it was too late. I would not recommend this hotel based on their slow communication.
