I didn’t like anything about this hotel.
The room was very old and smelly. The tiles in the bathroom were black with mildew. The WiFi wasn't accessible in the room and only barely there near the restaurant or in reception.
We booked a king bed and were given a room with two singles

Great Stay at Mentari Sanur!
Posted 4 Jul 2019 on HotelsI had such a wonderful time at Mentari Sanur Hotel! I stayed 6 nights, and I was sooo thankful for the peaceful environment inside the hotel, as the beach area is quite festive. The garden area inside the hotel is beautiful and the pool is great! Also, the room was quite large and the balcony was so pleasant. All the staff I met were very polite, helpful and professional.

Horrible food at the restaurant. Took two days to talk to a manager to get 50% off food that wasn’t eatable.

A lovely facility with beautiful gardens and friendly staff. Just watch out for the lady pushing to give you a massage, she can be quite in your face about it. Otherwise the rest of the staff were all lovely. Short walk to the beach, very comfortable accommodation, the biggest bed we’ve ever seen and a beautiful pool

First Stay at a Sanur Area hotel.

Could have been better equipped, but adequate.
Meals could have been more varied, but adequate - just don't stay there for too many days.
Was given an 'upgraded' room when we asked for a king-sized bed, but it was on the 2nd floor (think long flight of steps - no lift - knee problem) and there was not internet access there.
So asked to changed back to a ground floor room where we were originally given.
Internet yes - limited. Room quite dim and no kettle for boiling water, but as I said, adequate.
