I would give zero rating for the cleanliness of the hotel and the condition Very disgusting toilet, used toothpaste instead of new sealed one, unclean bed sheets and spots and dirt marks on the bed frame and furniture All can be cleaned with quick wipe but looks like the room hasn’t been cleaned for ages only tidying. We didn’t bother ask the staff to clean the room as we arrived at 1:00am from long flight and left early in the morning I would not recommend this hotel at all and would stay away from it

I chose this property due to the distance between the airport and the place where I was having a conference at. It's impeccably clean, check-in was smooth and breakfast was decent. I found the decorations very old, the tile grouts were very blackened, and the shower head was very rusty. The towels were also stained. HARRIS can easily achieve a 5* if they are able to revamp and renew the decor of the rooms. Right now, i would say it's more of a decent 3* hotel for the price paid for. Other than that, the beds and linen were very clean, aircon and the room generally was clean. Thank you HARRIS.

The hotel is good, the staff were very pleasant, the room was well equipped and very clean. For a business trip it is probably ideal. For my application as a solo tourist, and this is no fault of the hotel, the location wasn't great. It is safe enough, and well serviced with a 24 hr shop nearby as well as a few local warungs to get some street food. What I didn't realize is that there is no public transport and it is a bit out of the way to access either Kuta or Ubud. Certainly that isn't the fault of the hotel but something to be aware of if you had been looking at a map and thinking it was a good base and central to everything. It is accessible to taxis and private drivers which are not hugely expensive in this part of the world but you can't just jump on a bus and go somewhere. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice hotel for a short stay

We stayed at Harris Denpassar, as we had to catch a flight in the night. The hotel is new, modern decorated and the staff friendly. There were only a few guests and the restaurant was therefor empty. We walked to find something to eat and it`s like in an industrial area with lots of car sale and repair businesses around. No tourists at all. We took a taxi to the centre for dinner and it was great. The hotel is good value for the price but in the wrong place.
