It was our first time to Bali and we stayed 8 nights in room 413. It was a lovely stay. Everything was clean, the staff are welcoming and helpful and the breakfast has a lot of options. All was really good and we would stay again if ever in Sanur.

This was "THE NOISIEST" Hotel we have stayed in over the past 35 years. There was continuous noise ALL day from the kitchen to the roof top bar. Doors opening and closing all hours of the early morning, day and night. Guests walking to their rooms and door noise was made louder due to the Hotel being open in the centre of the building which echoed throughout and was LOUD. The design of the Hotel is a BIG mistake which causes the noise. I would never stay again or recommend this Hotel to friends, there are plenty of other Hotels close by. The staff were very friendly but the noise was ridiculously consistent all day, every day (we stayed 7 days). If we hadn’t paid in full upfront, we would have changed Hotels after 2 days.

Great hotel could not fault anything

The rooms were lovely a really good size and very clean, all areas of the hotel were spotless really staff were cleaning from first thing on a morning till night. Great breakfast every morning plenty of choice, lovely pool and bar on the hotel roof nice place to chill out. great location too lots of shops bars and restaurants all round the hotel and just a short walk to the beach we will certainly stay here again

Wished we stayed longer.
Posted 1 May 2024 on HotelsClean hotel in the heart of Sanur. Wonderful staff, comfortable bed. Great breakfast buffet. Close to restaurants. Arranged an airport shuttle for us and took that worry away. We wish we had stayed in Sanur longer.

Nice hotel

Pool was nice but no shade as staff insisted umbrellas were taken down even with no wind. Lots of effort to nake the hotel arty but jot enough making it practical
