This property looks way better in photos. In reality, the rooms are lacking cozy touches and have a very musty smell that detract from the experience. We checked in during a rainstorm after hours. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that there were no rugs. Nothing to wipe our wet shoes on. So we trudged our luggage into the room from the car in the storm and tracked water and dirt into the room. After settling in and wiping the floor throughout, we were overwhelmed by the strong musty smell. The next day, we went to the front office during the reported office hours to ask about a mat for the floor, but the office was closed. We found the lack of in - person front desk staff quite odd, leaving us to communicate via text. Overall, I feel the price of the room does not match the quality we were hoping for. There is potential to be a unique resort with a kitschy vibe and aesthetic, but they seemed to have missed the mark on this.

I am hesitant to let the secret out, but this place is perfect. Quaint, comfy rooms. Killer bathrooms! Awesome pool and deck. Close to everything blah blah. But, seriously. This place rox!

They charge $ 100.00 a night for a service dog . Otherwise clean and quiet. No instructions on how to work the tv .

The Bluebird is conveniently located and within walking distance to several good restaurants. The room was clean and nicely furnished with some unexpected extras such as a kitchenette with sink, microwave and fridge. Our room was very quiet. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools which were very clean and provided ample seating. The property is very peaceful. My only con would be that the parking can be a bit of a challenge when the property is fully booked.

We loved the location and how easy it is to come and go from the room. The pool greenhouse and outside pools were both great. I think the pool could have been a touch warmer but over all a great pick.
