Booked this place last minute. For the price it wasn’t too bad. I honestly think it just needs to be updated

If I could get my money back that would be amazing. This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. No where when booking stated it is under a sale, so it is not being taken care of. There were bugs in our bathroom, dirty shower, the phone didnt work, the door was literally missing the bolt to lock it, broken tiles in the bathroom, and torn up carpet in the room, ice only on the bottom floor, only one elevator was working, hot tub actually had cation tape in/around it and it was drained, and the breakfast was watery powder eggs and sausage. Like that was all.. I would have found a different hotel to stay at had I known all this. It made for a horrible weekend. How do I get a refund?

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Yes, we are under renovation as the sign says in our lobby. We have some things that are currently under repair. I am sorry that these issues inconvenienced you. I hope that once we are renovated you will give us another chance!
