Dark, warm and uncomfortable
Posted 15 Sep 2019 on HotelsThis apartment is dark, in need of some modernisation and has 2 camp beds in the bedroom. It does not have air conditioning but you can pay €60 if you want the company that rents it to bring a unit which when fitted only works in that room and means leaving a window open. This was only clear in the small print and was wrongly stated in overall description of property. We were provided with only the most basic of equipment, primarily a couple of towels each and basic cooking equipment. On the other hand, we were left a single toilet roll, no washing up liquid, soap etc. There are no sun loungers for use on patio or around the pool, just the plastic chairs shown in the photo. Finally, the rental company has additional conditions such as needed to take all rubbish out on departure or face a fine of €30 per bag. I would not stay again and would avoid properties rented by this company.

Refering to the above coments of clients Maeve. We would like to clarify somethings...
The apartment is a nice apartment, situated close to Denia and close to the sand beach. It is groundfloor, and it has a nice terrasse that goes to the pool and garden area.
About the air-conditioning is very clear in your web that clients must pay 60 € per week, if they like to have it. ( I have send a copy to the clients) But, we never charge anything to this clients and they had air-conditioning!! Then I can´t understand why they are complaining about it.
Normally we provide to each client one big towel and 1 small one, in the kitchen there is the necessary equipment ( plates, glasses, cacerols, coffe-machine, an electric hob, microwave, etc.)
We never says that the apartment has sun-loungers, only the table and plastic chairs.
And about the final condition - the rubbish- it is normal that each client takes his rubbish to the bins. I´m sorry but we are not dustmen... Because of that, and in case that the clients don´t take the rubbish, we have put this condition. ( We think it is normal, what do you think?)
Perhaps these clients are unhappy because of the weather... it was raining during all the week, I can understand it, But you know that we can´t do anything about it....
