Excellent experience overall. The shuttle service from the train station was very helpful. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities including a kitchen. Its right next to the boardwalk so very conveniently located next to gift shops, restaurants and other activities in the area. The free shuttle to the Denali park is across the street from the rainbow village

The property was great the staff was very helpful and nice. The boardwalk in front of the property needs to be replaced. Their wasn’t that many eating options.

We appreciate your feedback about the boardwalk and are planning to make repairs once the shops are closed, as it's challenging to do so during operating hours. Thank you for your feedback. However, we must clarify a few details. According to our records, you did not check in for your reservation and were marked as a no-show. We attempted to contact you on July 4th but did not receive a response. Additionally, your booking was a non-refundable reservation, which was clearly stated at the time of booking.We encourage our guests to reach out to us if there are any changes to their travel plans, and we always do our best to assist within the terms of the reservation.

cancellation rules need to be better detailed. I booked 2 nights. Because of a change of our job we had to cut our trip shorter. So I had to cancel one night. I gave over 2 months notice but was still charged 30% of one night. I made a comment that they could rent the night to someone else and was told that they could not do that??? This seemed unfair.
