It was a nightmare experience. I do not suggest this place as an off-season last minute stay. They were clearly unprepared, nobody answered the phone or messages, until we asked a neighbour to call someone. Then they sent a helpless boy to show us where we sleep, and all the rooms were not touched after a holiday season - with all the hair in showers and dirty floor, bedsheets and full trashbins. Some strange noises frim the construction on the upper floors at night. There was no water in toilets either. I mean, I did book a room the same day, but if you make it an option you should probably at least check your phone as a hotel owner.
