Seemed a bit shady ! Didn’t like very much but the staff was very friendly. The renovation are just paint over problems . Seem like they have done they can after the area was flooded

Where to start.
Room was ok but several issues.
1.the toilet was not secured it rocked when sat on.
2. Sink had very low water pressure and did not drain good.
3. There was mold in the shower
4. There was a dead cockroach in the lighy in the bathroom
5. There was spider webs on lamps and dust on ac unit.
6. There was no continental as was listed
7.Biggest issue Although nothing was missing housekeeping went through my bags. I know this because I took a picture of the inside before I left and everything was out of place when I returned. This was totally unacceptable.
I have taken pictures of all of these issues. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

We stayed at this Travelodge for a few days to shelter from hurricane Milton. The staff at the front desk did warn us they might lose power which we did although internet and the ice machine were still working. The rooms could be cleaned better. My brother-in-law’s room had cockroaches crawling all over the walls at night. We tried to tell someone at the office but was closed 2 days in a row after the storm hit. We wanted to leave early but no box leave the room key so we just left and paid the extra 2 days that we didn’t stay there. On the upside our rooms faced the back of the hotel which has some sort of wildlife area surrounding a retention pond. You can sit outside and watch the birds

My room and everything around the was dirty. I had to go buy a bed set to put on top of the existing sheets because I was as afraid of it being dirty.

For the price it was clean and very convenient to get around. It did have a musty kind of smell but maybe it was from the air being off when I got to the room and heater was on
