Front desk staff was indifferent on way to annoyed to deal with guests/check-in. Nice property in cool retail area, but need to work on staff attitude and customer interface.

This was our second visit to The Ray. We love the vibe, convenience to downtown and the rooftop bar. We will be back!

The hotel staff were extremely kind and friendly friendly, the hotel itself was clean , and safe , needed your room card to even access the elevator, Atlantic Ave a few blocks away with the lots of shopping and places to dine
