I was not able to check in due to inclement weather. However, the owner was quick to contact me and let me know that the road was closed. She was also very accommodating regarding the change in booking at last minute due to the weather. I would recommend the hotel simply based on the owner’s attitude. It is clear she is a reasonable and accommodating person and would strive to satisfy her customers

A remote retreat, tough to get to but worth it
Posted 31 Oct 2016
Pros: The cozy atmosphere
Cons: Should be very careful fist time you drive there.
Location: Amfissa, Delphi. View, mines, tranquility.
Quite, clear, fresh air, excellent setting.
Not easy to find the way there, but when you are there, you get the best reception ever, warmhearted and attending.
A real escape from the busy world, friendly dogs, and more importantly - friendly people.
Clear nights and zillions of stars.

Modern, small hotel in the mountains
Posted 23 Apr 2014
Pros: Modern, clean, cosy room Friendly family hosts
Cons: No it is fine.
Location: It is right next to an historic Monastary with a quaint restored church. There is a hiking climb for the adventurous to a hidden religious school.
This is a family run boutique hotel located at Monastiri near Prosilio about 12 km up the mountains from Amphissa.
GPS N 30 deg 19 min 36.89 sec ; E 22 deg 19 min 50.99 sec.
I mention this because it is hard to find by address alone. Nanos was kind enough to drive to meet us in Prosilio and bring us to the hotel.
Nanos and his sister Hero (Airo) run the hotel with great care and generosity. We had a beautiful breakfast with them with hot and cold local food in generous quantities. They were also generous with their time in showing us where to go and what to see locally.
This is high in the mountains (1000 metres high) and much cooler than the coast in summer they tell me. We were here for Easter (April 19) and it was definitely cooler than the coast.
We really enjoyed it and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Atmosfera famigliare e servizio impeccabile. Costruzioni in pietra perfettamente inserite nel paesaggio naturale.
