Property was going under maintenance and it was too noisy and loud. Hotel is understaff and they took 3 hours and 10 calls to get me a basic amenities. Front desk girl was really rude. Pathetic and very unprofessional behaviour from staff.

Nice-ish hotel. Awkward to get to the pool area. Restaurant was so-so in terms of food quality. They were doing a lot of construction, so hopefully some of the dated features will get updated.

Absolutely disastrous stay. After check in last night hotel staff on front desk told me we are upgrading your room. I was tired and was not bothered. Went in room and gone for bed staright away. Room was freezing cold and even when i turned off AC it was staying cold. In morning when i woke up, opened the curtain and realised the room is under renovation zone and entire window has been blocked. All day it was noise of construction. Complained to front desk, but they didnt bother. In Brekfast, all chairs were dirty, water was dripping from roof and no one was serving the tea. I had to eventually get up and go myself to grab tea. Overall disastrous and had to check out same afternoon as was unable to bear the noise anymore. I have asked for one day refund, but as arrogant hotel management, i have no hope for getting it back. Anyone planning to book this place, serious warning to not bother.

Stay Away from this hotel.
Posted 19 Aug 2024 on HotelsWorst experience in the hotel “The Park, New Delhi”, Check-in took one hr. Front desk staff was too lazy. Toilet was broken. they provide iron board having mold on the top., iron didn’t warmed even after 15 minute plugged-in, I called manager and he didn’t came, may be don’t want to face the customer, another guest at front desk was also asking for the manager, they have water leak in their room. I wish I could post the pictures of broken toilet and iron board but the policy of hotel.com is not allowing me to do so. Towels were too old, I never saw such bad quality of the towel in any hotel. The furniture quality was very poor. I don’t know how they got 5-star rating. We are so disappointed, and got worst experience of our trip. Not recommend for family. If you want to spoil your vacation take this hotel.
