Honestly, they serve the worst breakfast anywhere among decent hotels. Poor service, limited crockery/cutlery, recycled food from previous night’s buffet, poor menu choices - the list can go on and on. Even water is not served or placed on the tables. The bathroom in my room was very user unfriendly involving a steep climb and drop into the bath tub - a sure shot nightmare for seniors.

Had a very comfortable stay at a very centralized location with close access to the metro station, nearby restaurants, and other forms of transportation, while still having proximity to areas like Old Delhi.

It is good enough for 3-4 star but can't justify 5 stars given to the property just due to location as star rating for me means service. Expectations rise when a property has 5 star rating. The staff is very polite but when requested service or food they would assure they heard you but everything goes AWOL after that. We had to change rooms because of cleanliness issues and I don't think robes were cleaned as we found old coffee sachets in the pocket. It was very disappointing as we had 5-star expectation and paid higher price due to festive season too.

Nice hotel, good location with friendly staff, too noisy and could hear water and drainage pipes every time someone was using bathroom on other floors. Struggled to sleep.

Pre Covid-19, when in Delhi we used to always stay at this hotel. It was a 'no tip hotel' which made things quite easy for us. This time when we entered it seemed like a completely different hotel. We were disappointed at the size of the room. The hotel has lost its class and charm. The ergonomics in the bathroom were odd. Breakfast Buffet wasn't that good. The buffet was placed in a disorganised manner. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our TV did not work from day one, and the telephone too. Only two devices were allowed on the wifi which made things a bit difficult. What was further disappointing was that they charged us 6000 rupees plus tax for delayed check out. The hotel is located in a very convenient area. Access to many attractions and shopping is easy. It was generally quite clean as well.

A very good experience staying in this hotel. Very clean room, fruits an cookies were provided at the room daily. Excellent food at the restaurante and very good attention at the bar. Highly recommended.
