They "lost" the reservation after sending a confirmation, said they didn't have a room available. This was the middle of the night, so agreed to go to their sister location three blocks away. No sheet set, no AC, no toilet paper. Will be filling a claim with Expedia to get our money back. Really horrible experience.

Perfect hotel best service ever on reception. Mr Adil Manager was very niceand decentat his work. If someone needs help, he is always review.

Great stay good staff, good location. It is very affordable. Rooms are very neat and clean. Locayed near New Delhi Railway Station.

Easy to access lovated in the main road of Paharganj. Hotel ambience was very sweet and breathtaking. Good and helpful staff

Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room. We didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! We will come again!

Just ok if you are on transit!

This hotel will be just ok to stay for a day while transiting via Delhi. Located close to a busy junction, close to KFC and other eateries. Room was not so clean and it was too cold due to winter month (with no central heating facilities available). Dirty water from the tap! The reception person insisting us to give the hotel high rating and trying to get our phone closer to him and instructing us! This is invasive of privacy and really bad in “taste”! I hope hotels.com beware of this hotel’s rating, It might not be genuine one if every guest has to go through this sort of pressure for rating upon check out. Please take note!
