Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Jasmine kaur was very helpful and friendly. Sanjay also helped us a lot. Thanks

I spent two nights in mid September. The location is ideal if you want to be in central Delhi. Close to the railroad station and the metro and tons of shopping and dining nearby.

Very nice staff. The room is comfortable and clean. Except that the Tv is not a smart TV.

An ok hotel

We stayed at this hotel when we first arrived in Delhi. We liked our rooms and they were clean. Since we liked our rooms, we decided to book them again for the last few days of our trip. This time we were disappointed. Our rooms were not as nice and they seemed older somehow. The breakfast was fine. Something for everyone. The two restaurants are not that great. One dinner place is a buffet and the other is actually a buffet too. They do not have a la cart menus. We only ate dinner there once and that was enough. There are plenty of restaurants around. The staff were great, especially the security people at the front door. They always went out of their way to greet us. The porters are also great and very helpful. I’m not sure I would stay there again.

Will not recommend.

The check-in was laborius. The hotel kept saying that they did not get payment from Hotel.com and we had to argue & show the receipt. When we were short on time this became laborious during both check-in and check out.
