No heating on a freezing cold night.

Most everything was okay - nothing to brag about. There are many nicer places in the same area at better prices. What did discouraged me most was be charged over $5 for a room heater. It was a very cold night in January and the room did not have heating. This, by itself, is reason alone not to stay here. And I never will again.

Well Run Establishment close to the Airport

This is the secnd time I have stayed at Gracious, and both times were great. For the very reasonable price of the room, the whole place is very clean and well-kept. The staff is well trained and kind. The only thing is that everything is "chargeable." Go into it with a mindset of anything slightly extra will be possible but you'll need to pay for it. Usually the rate is reasonable - but nothing is free. Example: heat.

Close to the airport, next to very busy/noisy street, rooms are clean.

We had a hotel reservation denied and were in need of a hotel. We picked this place at random and it looked like a bad area from the outside but it was clean and comfortable in our rooms and the staff was really great.
