A good hotel there is scope for lot of improvement

The room is quite good. The fridge in the room doesn’t work and the elevator sucks. Power to all the amenities in the room including the AC and Fridge is cut off when the key card is removed. Hence, you will always return back to a very hot room. The restaurant doesn’t serve alcohol and the breakfast spread is very limited. The staff are very helpful, attentive and customer centric.

Location of the property is good. Nice place to stay in Ghaziabad. Staff is also good.

I was extremely frustrated that I had to complain on both days of my stay to get hot water in the bathroom. Even worse the house keeping staff didn't acknowledge the problem and kept insisting that luke warm water is hot water. I missed my dinner meeting because of the wait to get hot water. Don't stay here if you have things to do on time.

Unhelpful staff, nonfunctional wifi & no hot water

Not even close to a four star hotel. I stayed here for an Indian wedding event for a close friend. The issues with this hotel started before I even checked in. I had booked and prepaid for two nights with a refundable rate. I called more than a week in advance to revise my booking with hotels.com and Golden Tulip's hotel staff directly to make my reservation for only one night instead of two. Quite simply the manager and staff were unwilling to help to remove the second night of my booking because the hotel was full and somehow they thought that removing the second night would cancel my entire reservation. This was completely unacceptable. How antiquated is their booking system? Upon check-in I took up this same matter in person with the manager and still got no satisfaction. In addition to this issue, the hotel itself had several short comings. Key among them was non functional wifi in the room and lukewarm water in the showers not to mention the power was interrupted in my room several times. Also, I found out the pool was under construction and for access to the gym you had to go to the front desk and have a staff member escort you to a separate part of the building. Overall a very disappointing experience.

The property was fine. Not really grounds to walk around. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was pretty good but had no variety. WiFi was terrible.

The hotel is clean and the room is very comfortable. This hotel is a great value. Breakfast offered a nice variety of food, and the service was excellent.

Good deal for a nice, quite stay

It was a pleasant stay at Golden Tulip. The hotel is clean and nice. The breakfast spread is limited but considering the price paid for the hotel, it was decent enough. The restaurant is quite spacious and there is a professionally managed gym that is a good news for travellers who like to stay fit during their travels.
