My stay was very comfortable, Dihesh, Adarsh and Dilbor were ready helpful at all time, caring, kind, respectable and very polite. Had great knowledge about local transport for guidance. Whenever I requested it was provided promptly i.e. Water or food etc. Kitchen staff was also helpful cooked to my request well spoken English by all staff had no issues about communication. Room was great with tv and good connection of wifi. Local Metro station is about 15 mins walk, or auto service is available, there is always one passing by. Area is safe and security guards at either entrance. Once taken all into consideration, the price you pay is more than worth it. I am going back again within two weeks. Had wonderful and comfortable stay. Thanks to all the staff.

Nice hotel, very bad location.

Had quite a good stay for a pocket friendly rate.however the Prime Plaza hotel Gurgaon, near medanta hospital is in a terrible location. The dirty soroundings betray the logics of hospitality and comfort. The room service is also poor. Something just oughts to be done! Otherwise the rooms are okay.

Don't Bpok with FabHotels

FabHotels is not a name of a hotel but rather a booking company that manages registrations... even for hotels that do not go through Hotels.com. I wish that I could actually rate this hotel, but FabHotels is a booking company. I booked this hotel because of the 3 star, location, and pictures. But when I had arrived, they notified me that they had "upgraded" my stay. I had to get another taxi to go 10km further away from where I wanted to stay. They never notified the new hotel that I had submitted payment (through hotels.com). So the new hotel asked again for payment (they even wanted me to pay again on check-out after we had figured this all out). They new hotel stay was less than basic. Torn sheets, no towels (which did arrive after I had asked). House keeping did not clean my room. The only reason I didn't change hotels, other than I had prepaid, is that I arrived late and left early (day one for an all day tour and then day two an early flight), so I put up with it for my stay. More than disappointed with FabHotels, I would not recommend booking their hotel as they will just change your reservation to wherever they deem fit.

客室は広くて快適、ルームサービスも手頃な値段で提供されている。ビジネス目的で来印された方が利用するホテルとしては十分満足がいくホテルだと思う。周辺には複合商業施設のCiber City 等がありレストランが充実している。デリー周辺の主要な駅へアクセスできるsikandarpur駅へはタクシーに乗って10分の距離だ。 表題のシャワーの件だが、浴びている途中に急に水にかわる時がある。ただこういったことはインドの格安ビジネスホテルではありがちなのでこの洗礼を受け入れるしかない。特にグルガオンの冬は非常に寒いので給水管が凍ったりすることがあるらしい。そのため温水がでてこないことがある。 我々一般的な日本人が求めているホテルサービスを望むのであれば、この周辺であれば、値段はこのホテルの8倍だが、Trident Hotelをオススメする。 もう一つ問題があったので追記する。 このホテルはチェックインの際に詳細な個人情報の記入を要求してくる、またセキュリティーの名目でパスポートサイズの証明写真を要求されるので非常に面倒くさい。 パスポートサイズの写真が無い場合はスマホで取って送信しろと言われる。拒否すると何度もしつこく催促の電話がかかってくるので、とても面倒くさい。
