I had my suspicions upon arrival that this would not be a clean comfortable stay. Those suspicions were confirmed upon walking the filthy stairs and halls leading to my room. There are tiny roaches crawling over the ground and the overall appearance of the room and bathroom is disgusting. I immediately returned to the desk and requested a refund. The front desk employee was professional and he was not rude. He cancelled my reservation as requested although I was referred to expedia for a full refund which I did receive. That time of night, there were no Uber or Lyft available so I walked directly next door to Holiday Inn.

From our room we could hear everybody in the hall and felt discomfort on talks people were having and in the morning very early probably the same people don’t get their kids to behave, running yelling knocking on doors from other rooms like if it was a playground.

Rude front desk guy I ask him to please send some one to clean my rooms He said no And he gave me my money back And told me go somewhere else If i didn't like theplace

It’s the second time I stay there the rooms are dirty
