Easy check-in process; helpful staff with assisting my elderly sister with her walker and escorted her to door so that she wouldn't slip.

This place is great! Especially given the fact that its located near LAX without dealing with typical lax traffic :-)

elevators where a little jankky sometimes I thought if we were going to get stuck in them. LOL but I would stay there again

Clean room’s breakfast was small only one small portion of scrambled eggs and cold toast ceral was hard

Had to call the police ten minutes in to the stay. Drug den. Smoke everywhere.
