Deny any booking

I made a booking through Hotels.com and had the confirmation with me but they say that they have no such booking. Because I had no where to go, I had to book another room at prime rate

too noise at hotel, useless

hi, i had flight in morning and went to sleep at night but due to club noise all night , i could not sleep, i called reception at 1.50am in morning and complaint , they said ok will sort out. i could not sleep, very noise at hotel, not recommeded at all

We are disappointed with the service we received from this hotel. There was little running water in our bathroom so we had difficulty using the shower. The room was not cleaned on any of the days. The daytime staff at the counter were incredibly rude and we would always see them arguing with other customers. When we were checking out, they argued with us over a small stain on the corner of one of our used towels. This stain came from the hair dye on my husband's hair. I admit this stain was our fault but the way they behaved was unacceptable. They made us pay and were very unprofessional and rude. We have experience staying in many hotels all over the world under Expedia, but never have we received such poor service and many hotels have overlooked these sort of stains which come out in the laundry wash anyway - that is the whole point of a laundry service. Although the night staff at the counter were polite, overall we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

it was excellent.i enjoyed my stay there and am looking forward to have a stsy with them again.....i have friends also and am telling them to have a stay there and experience the hotel hospitality

Never AGAIN!!!! It was a night mere. I don’t even understand why it is listed on Expedia. I need a refund. The most horrible experience ever. The beds have BEDBUGS! Not small once freaking huge once. Woke up around two in the morning just to see a bug on my hand. I was TRAUMATIZED. I cried called the reception they changed my room but I couldn’t get ito their sheets anymore I was terrified, I sat at the reading table all night until 6am when I checked out. Tried calling Expedia to get a refund but I couldn’t get through. I Need my refund.
