Terrible hotel, it’s impossible to unhear the loud music from the club and bar, and the music lasts until 4am!! Couldn’t have one single quiet night during my stay

I wanted to stay one night this hotel because it was near an event I attended while in Dubai and once I was in the lobby I was unable to even hear the hotel employee because of the loud music coming from across the registration desk. I found out that the hotel has a party lounge across from the registration desk and the music was loud. I was unable to get a refund because I booked the room via Expedia and this occurred before I knew about the noise and crowds. I am never using Expedia again. I have nothing negative to say about the lounge party because it was a party however if a guest is aware of your establishment practices that you do not advertise then the establishment and in this case it is Fortune Grand Hotel and it’s agent Expedia.

The customer service was great. Front desk personnel & bellboy were helpful & pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable and had good complementary items. There was only 1 towel (the booking was in advance, for my husband & I) so we asked for another one. The area around the hotel is good. A lot of shops, restaurants and other places you might need, within walking distance.
