The hotel is in close proximity to the airport, shopping centres, sightseeing, transport etc. There is a large swimming pool and lounging area. There are dining options too. The staff were always polite and willing to help. Special mention to Shadab who assisted with our late night check-in and made the process very easy. We appreciated the up-grade too. We would stay at the Copthorne Hotel again when staying in Dubai.

The pictures doesn't describe how the rooms look in reality! It was an average hotel room but I like where the hotel located and the service around it. Mosque, metro and a mall all of them are in a walking distance and that was the best part.
