"Great location in Al Rigga area of Deira, Friendly and helpful staff. However the hotel rooms are dated and need refurbishment. Water pressure is poor and very little, if any hot water at anytime of day/night. Another down side was we had booked 2 single occupancy rooms (higher rate than 2 people sharing a room) My friend (in one room) had his girlfriend come and stay and was charged an extra 100aed per night !
