Property is good but little smell we think due to closing all doors. Please bed sheets have to change after every customer. bathroom was not inspected by hotel management things are broken.

Sterling mussorie was excellent in all aspects except location, which is little far away from Mall road

Good stay, but please note the property is under renovation and as of March the floor/reception level had no rooms so if you are traveling with any elderly of someone who can not take stairs, please check in advance.

Overall stay was good, property location is good.
However, they do not serve alcohol. Also, at check-in, we were told that for our booked room category (suit with mountain view) we will have to take about 150 stairs, which is almost egual to 9 floors, so we had to compromise on view /location of room, which probably was a lower category room. Further, while using lift I lost my way and they do not have sufficient direction board to help customers find way!
