The hotel is not the worth the price paid for. The complimentary breakfast spread was very disappointing.

Rooms were not clean. Had issues in check-in even after confirmed booking. Not good at all. Not recommended.

Very courteous Welcome from owner Mr.Rahul and Ms. Tusheeta.
Staff was also very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean and excellent view of valley.
Great and Memorable stay.

Very accommodating hotel
Posted 23 Jul 2014Our experience of this hotel was quite positive, mainly because the staff there were so accommodating, ensuring we had whatever we needed, from toiletries to tea water to extra pillows, etc. In addition, the owner went out of his way to befriend us, drive us around Mussoorie, pick us up at night in the pouring rain, and draw us a map of the town to ensure we would visit all the best sights. The front desk manager also drove us across town, free of charge. I'm sure anyone who stays here would receive the same treatment.

Pros: Staff & Manager Mr Chauhan were very helpfull
Cons: In food is good but there is scope of improvement
Location: Mall is biggest in N India
Had a good experience even though its 500mts from the mall,getting to Mall from Hotel is easy by from mall to Hotel walking is problem because of steepness of road....but we get taxi easily who charge Rs 100 till hotel....i recommend that hotel sud provide Taxi services FOC for the guests....I had a pleasant memories of Hotel/trip to mussorie......I wud stay at this hotel again....
