This property is located near University of Kentucky, and while it is very close to a lot of businesses and activity, the room was quiet and the location, peaceful. I will definitely plan to stay here again. The front desk staff person who checked me in was really friendly and eager to make sure I had a good stay. Too bad every hotel can't be this good. One minor complaint I do have is that there should be at least two or three parking spaces right near the front desk entrance for people checking in. I didn't see any spaces market for that, but there were a bunch of them for "Elite Members" or some other rewards members. So to check in, we had to park a good distance away. In bad weather, it would be a bit of a hassel to bring in luggage or packages, etc. Normally, you can bring things in from a very close distance to check-in, then move the car to a regular parking space after check-in. "
