The property lies about having a swimming pool. It’s been out of use for quite some time.

Drains in both sink and shower were not working properly

I have calles to advise that we were going to arrive late, at around 10PM and they said there were no problem. We reserved 2 rooms with 4 poeple in each, 2 adults and 2 kids. When we arrived, we got to the room and only the main bed was done, the sofa bed was not made (and the reservation was for 4). We called to get linens, and called 3 more times after that, and this guy showed up an jour later, talking on the phone through video call with kids screaming on the other side of the call. I had to ask him to close ths phone please, the kids were sleeping and then he just handed me the linens. I asked him if it was me that had to make the bed st 11PM and with the kids sleeping and tired and he answered that he doesn't make beds. So, both rooms had to make the bed, at 11PM, in a hotel that we paid mode than 400$ a night. Also, the next morning there were only 2 towels, we were 4. I called the front desk, they brought 2 more up. The morning after, AGAIN, 2 towels, we called and she told me that we had to go to the reception to get more towels, because housekeeping wasn't in yet. So I had to go in my PJS to the reception and get them. It's absurd. And also the pool wqs clased. We had booked a hotel with a pool for the kids and it was closed and we had no idea.
