"The reason room wasn't very clean, but it was ok. I was impressed with king size bed and room size. Loved the microwave and fridge, but issue was the room beside me and the room above me. These guest were too loud, all night long. I probably won't stay there again, but it serves its purpose."

"This hotel was clearly a former hub of drug and criminal activity: as was evident by the guard attended gate, occasional prostitute roaming the walkways, and restriction on having visitors in your room after 9 pm. The property is slightly run down, but the room was comfortable. This hotel is not a vacation destination. Its primarily for transients who need a cheap and somewhat safe place to stay. HAVEN hotel is the perfect name for it."
