I needed a room for a couple of nights for an event in Wichita Falls and Decatur was the perfect location in between there and Dallas. There was a misunderstanding on my part cuz of the app. The Manager / Owner Champ was very nice and accommodating with helping me get it all straightened out. He truly was a CHAMP! For the price, it was nice sized room, cold ac on a blazing hot Texas day, very clean and comfortable quiet night stay, and breakfast in the morning. Located right off of the highway and close to all the restaurants and stores, Walmart, Dollar General, Whataburger, Braums, Chilis etc. glad I chose the Lone Star Inn. Whenever I need to return to the area this will be my go to place to stay!

Nice Hotel

The bathroom is outdated, the bed is comfortable and the general manager (Owner) Champ is top notch customer service. Very friendly and helpful.

The property is three minutes from the medical facility where we were going to be.

The GM was friendly; prompt service. Convenient location to the highway, shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was all you need - waffles, cereal, fruit, coffee.

Overnight Sty

Overnight stay on way to Amarillo. Room was on end close to main road and had a hard time sleeping. I heard Semi trucks down shifting as coming into town all night. Room was nice for the price.

It’s not what it was advertised and I am very suspect on the positive reviews. No elevator, the sheets on the beds were the worst I’ve ever seen. The good news, there may have been 3 guests, so the word is getting out to stay away.
