The complex is perfectly situated and is an easy walk to Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer and the restaurants of both. The decor of the property exterior was looking a little tired but contractors were on site and repainting those areas. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The pool is heated and both inside and outside aspects allowed swimming throughout our stay. Definitely a venue we will visit again as the area has everything.

The front desk needs training; not much information is shared, also, we were asked three times if we had children at the time of check-in without any apparent reason in a suspicious manner like if we were trying to sneak in children; once would have been enough, the front desk person should have seen that the question was not well received by my wife for very sensitive personal reason. The location and apartments were fabulous and well maintained and equipped. The only reason I have not given the top score is - we ordered two high chairs in advance and though this was confirmed only one was there when we arrived. - I had to ask for the bathrobes which should have been provided after noticing that other guests had them. - I ordered two cots and thought that they had not been provided because they were folded up in a wardrobe rather than made up. We discovered them after complaining and being provided with two more. - some of the wood on the balcony fencing was rotten at the base making the fence insecure. All of these things (with the exception of the rotten wood) were sorted quickly and pleasantly by the staff and we had an excellent stay.

Very nice accommodation. Room was clean and a good size. Again an issue with the smart TV, could not use screen mirror function. Appears to have been removed from tv. As English speaker it would have been good to watch tv at night. The staff were helpful and worked to make our staff enjoyable.

Es war wirklich toll in dem Hotel. Die Lage war perfekt für Unternehmungen in Trouville und Deauville. Zudem war das Personal sehr freundlich. Lediglich im Schwimmbad ist es sehr rutschig und man muss sehr gut aufpassen, nicht zu stürzen. Die Küche war zweckm@ßig eingerichtet und gut zur Zubereitung leichter Speisen nutzbar. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen.

Au vu des commentaires déjà publiés je me demandais de partager le mien Les informations fournis par Hotels.com sont erronées le Check in se fait à partir de 16:00 et non entre 17:00–19:00 comme indiqué sur le site et dans l’e-mail de confirmation Je trouve cela néanmoins trop tard surtout quand vous restez une journée et que la piscine a elle aussi ses horaires d’ouverture - fermeture Et que le Check out c’est 11h00 max et vous recevez bien un sms le marin vous le rappelant. Nous avions l’appartement 2109 duplex 2 chambres Calme Bien équipé Quelques bémols Il n’y a pas de volets électriques alors si comme moi vous aimez le noir pensez à prendre un masque de nuit N’oubliez pas votre gel douche car nous n’avons eu que des petites savonnettes pour les mains compliqués de se laver N’oubliez pas votre éponge car dans notre cas il y avait bien les produits (lave vaisselle et multi fonction et 2 pastilles lave vaisselle) mais sans éponge les torchons s’en souviennent encore et tourner un lave vaisselle pour 2 bols et 2 verres n’est pas très « Green » Le petit dej est à 21€ plus de 12 ans, quasi 11€ pour les enfants sinon il propose un service de viennoiseries et pains frais à commander avant 20:00. 2 capsules de café pour nespresso et 4 sachets d’infusion verveine dans l’appartement. Si vous souhaitez profiter du spa, pensez à aller sur le site du spa directement si vous le trouvez. Voilà je pense vous avoir partager tous les éléments important

Sehr gute Lage der Unterkünfte. Zustand der Ferienwohnung i.O. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, Küchenbereich war nicht wirklich sauber, auch einige Dinge müssen instandgesetzt werden. Toilettendeckel locker, Fenster verzogen, Fenstergriffe lassen sich nicht komplett umlegen, Türbeschlag an der Eingangstür herausgerissen, Abzugsluftschächte komplett verdreckt und Schimmelansammlung sichtbar, etc. Mehr Liebe zum Detail wäre hier wünschenswert, da die Unterkunft mit 5 Sternen wirbt.
