Great stay to explore Normandie. The breakfast spread was amazing. We had the family suite, 2 levels and very private. Bathroom and cups/dishes could be a bit cleaner, otherwise the rooms, bedding were all great. Free night parking right outside. Felt very safe at the marina.

Only good thing was the location, after that it is all downhill. No adequate parking, staff was completely clueless. My wife speaks 7 languages and I speak 3 (French is one of them) and front desk had no idea what was going on. The beds were small, like dorm room small. Id like to say we travel over 100k a year and we're just in Ireland where the rooms were great. I would not book here again.

This hotel is in a great location to explore Deauville. It seemed like it could be due for a refresh, but was clean. The parking was a challenge to get into, but worked in the end.

We had a nice overnight in this hotel, the room was compact but comfortable. It was a shame that there were no tea and coffee making facilities as we expect this as a standard item these days. Otherwise breakfast good and location excellent

Great location close to the centre, beach and Trouville. Good value, comfy bed, great pillows, underground car park which we used. No real vegan options, just some toast and fruit, lots of veggie such as pancakes, eggs, cheese etc. I would happily book again. Oh..friendly staff with good English.

Ideally located in between Deauville and Trouville. Excellent value/money. Rooms are comfortable with charming view on the port. The service is excellent, people very nice at reception. Breakfast is quite decent. We have not tried the food at the restaurant since it was Buffet only

The staff were very nice and agreeable. It's a fine hotel for the price. The only slight issue was the breakfast because the eggs were powdered I think or, at least, not very good. Hard boiling was the way to go. I think the breakfast options could be better overall. Other than that, it was good.

Extremely uncomfortable bed and unclean room. The electric kettle gas never been cleaned in the inside. The carpets look awful. The property is unkept and run down. We had to move to a different hotel mid stay to get a bed with a real mattress .
