The clerk was not at the desk to give me the key when I arrived about 9pm. We had to wait more than 20 min for him to come to the desk. Then the same clerk locked the pool door even though it was not yet closing. We had to ask him to open the pool door.

I apologize for any inconvenince but we had TV that some changed the HDMI input so, we had to go to room to help the other guestand different guest ask him to do something but he was only gone for little bit. It was less than 10 minutes. We do not have lock on the pool door so I don't know what you saw that front desk was doing. Again I apologize that you had to wait for little bit and we hope that you come and see us again.

Staff not unfriendly but I would not go as far to so they were friendly. The word I would use to describe them is apathetic.

The Hotel was close to the airport and was clean. There was a couple minor problems with the room that were immediately taken care of by the staff.

This hotel was close to MSU campus without all the traffic. The staff was very kind. It was very clean but the wood doors and cabinets were pretty beat up, looked like they had been in a flood. You couldn't shut the bathroom door with a heavy shove because it was worped on the bottom of the door. But I would definitly stay there again.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great. Generally very good value for the money!
