Lobby was not open day or not. No breakfast was served. Needed to ask for toilet paper (we were completely out).

Horrible.
Posted 23 Apr 2024 on HotelsThis hotel was not satisfactory at all. Our original room had no power. We were then moved to another room that was dirty. When I spoke to the manager the next day, he said "I shoukd have told him sooner". There was no house keeping at all. No clean towels, it was horrible. We will never stay here again. The manager also said he would give us a $25 discount, but that hasn't happened.

To the guest Lance Keppler I stated to the customer that I would have changed his room if he had informed me but he never informed about the room until the next day. I also refunded the customer of 25 dollars.

The front service was nice. There were beer tops all over our room, no rags, no cord for our telephone.
