The room next to me was loud, arguing and slamming door at night. The carpet in my room, hallway and main floor needs cleaning or replacing.

First off, we did not get the room that was reserved! And of course they had no other rooms. Second, we couldn’t figure out why after flushing the water tank would not fill. Look inside and there is a syringe! The light in the bathroom kept shutting off, make it awfully hard to shower. Then would turn on at night for no reason. Fold out bed had a red round stain on it which freaked my teenager daughter out. Pool was under maintenance entire stay! Overall will not stay here again. For the price paid, was NOT worth it

The motel was average. It needs some TLC in the hallways and common areas.

Simply put it served it's purpose. Nothing fancy here, but the staff is really nice and professional. Needs some repairs in the rooms.

They did not honor my reservation even though I called ahead to let them know I would be checking in after midnight. When I spoke to them on the phone about it, I was told it wouldn’t be a problem that I would arrive after midnight and that they would relay the message to the night staff. I got there at almost 3AM. There was no one at the front desk and it took over 40minutes to get checked in. I was then told that I missed my reservation, so I would need a new reservation altogether. After driving for 6 hours straight in the middle of the night, I was so exhausted that I had to bite the bullet and pay for a brand new reservation. I asked for a nonsmoking room, but the room I was put in smelled like cigarettes. The water in the bathtub would not go down the drain so I wasn’t really able to shower well. All in all, it was a nightmare of an experience.
