Bed bugs, roaches, ac didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work. I want my money back

The attendent didnt seem to care our bed sheets hadnt been changed. It had pet hair all over it. There was a sticky pad with roaches all over it behind the fridge

This was a horrible experience for myself, my daughter and my 4 year old grandson that is about to have his 3rd open heart surgery. The room had roaches so bad that we couldnt bring any of our items inside. It was so dirty that I tried to fi d another hotel room but nothing was available. We decided to leave early and I am still waiting for my refund that I still havent received as of today.

it was absolutely disgusting. There were pillows “drying outside “on the ground. There was roaches and bugs all in the bathroom of our first room. There was a microwave sitting on the floor. The refrigerator didn’t work. The shower didn’t work when we moved to the new room the next day there was a towel at the bottom of the fridge that fridge also didn’t work and there was roaches crawling on the beds.

Me and my girlfriend stopped in for one night on way to vacation spot we were tired so it was late so we didn’t say nothing couple dead bugs smashed on walls room did not smell the cleanest towels rough not clean smell when leaving we noticed sheets stained appeared looked like blood I can not recommend this location and I will not stay again

When we got there we had to move rooms. The room they put us in the light above the sink didn’t work, there was a line going across the tv, and the fridge was leaking.

I paid 100 deposit in cash and when I went to check out the lady walked up to my room and came down with a smoke detector and accused me of removing it from the wall and took my 100 and stuck it in her pocket. I told her I had a smoking room and besides I couldnt even reach the smoke detector to take it down but she argued with me that I did it. I asked to speak to someone above her but she refused.
