Room had cockroaches, the A/C was broken with water liking from underneath, the put a towel to soak the water which of course didn't hold the amount of water liking that got all the way to under the bed. Our huge mistake was that we didn't tell them as soon as we got there and ask to move us to a different room because we were exhausted from driving all day long, so we just came and went to sleep. It was the next day that we actually saw everything including a cockroach inside of our luggage. Obviously, they said no refund because they could have move us to a different room.

The property was just what I needed for his trip. However the staff that was at the front desk was not efficient. The room was equiped with 1 already wet bath towel and there were 2 of us. When towels were requested he replied additional towels were not provided. It was explained and he agreed to provide another towel but never brought it to the room instead he was playing on his phone when we went to get it at the office. He finally provided ONE towel that was removed from another room. So my recommendationis if you need to be in the area use this hotel as the location and price are perfect but bring your own towels.

They have more roaches than guests! Filthy! Towels were dirty. There was i will assume a smudge of human feces on the wall by the toilet. There was blood on the tile in the shower and not just a little. Check out was at 11:00 and the non cleaning cleaning lady was beating on the door at 8:47am. I slep with my shoe in self defense of any further bug issues. I finally fell asleep at about 4:30am. Only atopped because of being on the road coming from Texas and oncoming weather conditions. I was dreaming i guess when i checked out and expressed the issues and didnt even get as much as an apology from the 2 gentlemen at the counter. Expedia should have someone that travel around and makes sure that they are not advertizing waterfront property in Arizona! NEVER AGAIN!

Unique to me while traveling: dirty sink w/ food particles, scroungy bathtub. NO desk phone answered— clerk said phones were “out”. Clerk cleaned sink/Btub. Then, in our state of exhaustion from country road driving at midnight, we noted a drink can left beneath the ac unit: the occupant crawled out of it when the can was touched: a roach. We smashed it. Prayed. Went to bed. NO breakfast-opposite of advertised.

I did like the photos I saw on the web it had a pool as well , but when I arrived, at this location it did not look like the photos .the photos were showing more modern hotel with a pool. there is no pool at this location,Not a lot of furniture in the lobby for guests to sit as they arrive.This is more like a motel not like a hotel.
