I stay in the hotel for early flight next day.
The hotel turns out to be very convenient for flying out.
One can travel between each terminal and the hotel by shuttle bus and subway. There is subway station right below the hotel and each terminal.

I stayed for one night, the check in process is smooth and pleasant. The hotel seems remolded recently, room is nice. But, the buffet breakfast was terrible, could not find the clean tables, the food was not impressive at all. I had the stomach scrambled after the breakfast, and went to the restrooms many times, even after returning to the US.

We spent one night here before our morning flight out of TPE. Shuttle 5 min to Terminal 2.
The hotel's service and amenities were awesome for our brief stay. Hotel staff set up the pull out sofa bed for the kids while we were at dinner! I wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the gym, pool, lounge, children's play areas. Hope to stay here again soon.
