This place has a terrible odor, 😕 the perfumed vents were in my sinuses for days! And all over my clothes, i had to wash them several times right out of the suite case, the water pressure is horrible, everything was damp. After paying for your stay 100. 00 a nite, they have the nerve to charge a fee daily for.parking our car!! No one ever services our room. And i had to put dirty wet towels in the hallway for someone to retrieve, there is a lack in service there. And only one elevator was working. I would not stay gere again. NOT RECOMMEND

No onsite parking available at time of checkin; elevator out for days and had to stay on the top floor (8th floor); gym closed, out of service. No parking available on site . Noisy AC all night .

We where not informed before booking or at checking hotel condition . the beach access was not available , the pool and jacuzzi was closed , it was one elevator for the entire building , worst of all was the parking insufficient for the number of rooms , our 4 am departure was held up for half and hour because they permitted a car to block ours and took them half hour to get the owner to move it wich also make us be late for our important event . We cancel our final day because all of this . For us supposed to be a nice weekend and end it up a mess.

This property was an absolute let down all except the great view. The staff was unfriendly, only one filthy elevator was working, our bathroom was not clean, the ice machine on floor 6 does not work, the phone in your room is simply a decor item as it doesn't work, the breakfast food area was super dirty the first morning. I don't get it...I have stayed at Hampton, IHG Express, Hyatt Place, Marriott Townsuites, and Residence in the last 12 months...this was awful.

Very clean room, lobby and public spaces.
Pool and spa area damaged by hurricane Milton, I don’t know when or if that will be repaired.

Rooms and view were great! Very nice location! One of the very few hotels with an operating pool. Would stay here again! Love the toiletries in the shower! Nice touch!
