I loved the pool and jacuzzi, didn’t like that the tiki bar wasn’t operational.

I would like to note that on mostly all of their negative reviews, they never seem to take accountability nor offer an apology to dissatisfied guests for the inconveniences they caused. So I wouldn’t be surprised if they respond in the same rude and low class manner to this review. I’ll start by adding that we booked here last minute to spend a nice anniversary weekend. As soon as we arrive, the lady at the front desk doesn’t even greet you. Major red flag. Soon after getting into our room we were almost nauseous with the smell of Pot because one of the rooms on our floor was smoking heavily. We tried to call front desk yet they never answered. So we go downstairs within ten minutes and asked kindly if they could switch out our room. She declined and refused to acknowledge that guests were smoking in the hotel even tho the place says no smoking on premises. Also said there were no CLEAN rooms available.. even tho the place seemed rather empty. So then We asked for a refund, she said that I had to get with the manager the next morning. So without much choice left we decided to go back to our room and give it another shot, hoping the smell of pot would go away. Within the hour it came back. And lots of cockroaches started coming out from the sofa and furniture. So we decide to check out. I showed the front desk the pictures of the roaches and she didn’t even offer an apology. She couldn’t be bothered. Don’t throw your money away at this place. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Thanks for your feedback Manny. I do apologize for the issues you had. As for my responses to other negative reviews - there are always two sides to every story. The majority of the time when there is a bad review it is because of people just wanting a free night. I'm not saying we don't any faults. As for the roaches you mentioned, the desk clerk said the pictures you showed were just bugs that flew in from your balcony door being opened. It was also noted that the smoke was coming from the tiki bar area which is one of the areas where guests are allowed to smoke. Again, we are not perfect. We don't claim to be. What we do provide is a clean room to get a good nights sleep in.

Toilet seat loose and there is a really strong smell of chlorine! Specially for me that uses cpap

The only good thing I can say about this property was the staff was friendly and the view of the ocean was beautiful. The bad was the rooms were not cleaned, it looked the the floors had not been swept in between guests. Found a lighter between pillows on the bed. Mold in bathroom on tub and shower curtain. The shower head was nasty. The list goes on..

The rooms were not very clean. Can see the dirt against the walls, behind the furniture.
