When I made the reservation there were lovely photos of the pool and the beach. Everything is under construction. No pool and no access to the beach. When I contacted the contact it was pretty much who cares. The pool was not listed in the amenities yet is the prominent photo showcasing the property. It clearly states walk to beach.
We couldn't enjoy our television because the unit next to us had theirs blasting.
The bed is obviously so used that when you go to sit it literally sinks several inches.
I travel quite a bit and I have never left a bad review. My needs were minimal, just a place to stay while work was being done at our home. Even the Keurig didn't work!!!
I think if my concerns would have been addressed in a professional manner I would have let it go. There should be compensation due to the misrepresentation of the property. I would never recommend this property. As stated in the previous sentence I should be compensated for no pool and no beach access which were clearly depicted in the photos. Expedia should be ashamed.

This property is no a hotel, I couldn’t stay there because their were anyone at the reception, there is not customer service phone number after hours, this is the worst experience and expedía wash their hands, they only care about your money and they don’t help you

Overall stay was wonderful but owner completely stop communicating after check in thought it was a little odd but management was very accommodating and hospitable!!

They have pictures of a pool in the ad but the pool was empty with yellow police tape around it. The beach entrance was closed and had yellow tape around the broken stairs. We ended up staying at another hotel.

Posted 8 Jul 2024 on HotelsDo yourself a favor. Run from this place. We left a day early from this hole in the wall place. Host was fine. The room was a mess. Trying to reach owner but no response. I tried to get in touch with this Booking website and no one has replied back. My advice don't even think about this mess.

The place was very nice but they were in the middle of construction to rebuild after a storm currently has no beach access or pool. Great accommodations otherwise.
