The property is under renovations so it was noisy throughout the day with construction going on in the upper floors. Daytons Beach in general looks like it’s stuck in time. We saw homeless people in the neighborhood and people that looked like they were on drugs. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean enough. I used the gym and it was adequate. I killed at LEAST 3 roaches in my room!The staff/housekeepers were extremely loud in the morning as if guests weren’t in their rooms sleeping.I could literally hear their entire conversations,accents & all.ALL the ice machines were broken.It was the worst hotel experience I ever had.I will not be goin back & I most certainly do bot reccomend it.

The pictures of the property show you a nice and update hotel, however it is being remodeled as of 11/24/24, the room was nice but it was dated, the room did have an ocean view but the windows are so dirty that it was hard to see out of it. The service was actually great and it was a great value, I just wish the pictures of the room were more accurate. The lobby does look exactly like the pictures

I enjoyed everything about this property but the only thing is that in check in, I was given a room and key to another guests room. I understand it was a mistake but the safety of me and that guest was compromised and left a really negative first impression.
