Beds and Pillows were very hard leading to a poor night's sleep

The location of the property is great. Staff was professional and friendly. The rooms however are in major need of updating. My tub took over an hour to drain. Had to flush the toilet three times just to get paper down and there was mold in the caulking of the tub. Bedding is comfortable and the view can’t be beat Oceanside.

Do better, Hilton. The property from the outside looks beautiful. Our room, 1036, is in desperate need of some help. The couch was stained and ripped. The refrigerator had half of the paint peeled off. In the AM, when the sun was coming in you could see that the window was dirty and there was SO much dust flying in the air. And bring your own blanket because the bed does not have a comforter, just a sheet and a very thin cover.

Nice room and hotel is a little dated in need of a remodel but still not a bad place to stay.

Didn’t enjoy our stay. One out of four elevators was working -20 minute way for the elevator No hot water in our room called at 10 pm to report no one came to repair so called back at 1130 pm told them to come in the morning I was going to bed No food available after 10pm no vending machines A very expensive one star stay will not stay there again
