The bathroom door didn't have a stop bumper to keep it from hitting the glass shower doors. and the shower door were a bit hard to glide otherwise our stay was excellent!

Checkin was good. Don’t bother with the free breakfast, go to Waffle House.

I arrived and was told that did not have my reservation!!!
Expedia's confirmation process is in need of review.
I received a confirmation but it appeared Expedia did not have a confirmation from Comfort Inn and Suites.
Expedia’s customer service team was very kind but the compensation for their error was what I feel it should be for my inconvenience. The hotel Expedia secured for me was substandard!!

Hotel was full and I was not able to provide you a room. This is not Hotel's fault but this is certainly not taken lightly and has been submitted to management for review. When checking in i was told they didnt have a room available even though my room was booked in advance ans paid fornot
