We got there late and had to park in the back and usually there is a back entrance but not here so we had to walk around to the side.

Relatively newer hotel and location is right off I95, but if travel to a local restaurant be "extremely" careful when returning from International Blvd as entrance is immediately off exit ramp and cars do NOT slow down even though there is a yield sign. Directly in front of a Days Inn that appears to share same parking lot. Even after 5 days the one elevator was out of order so if climbing steps is a problem for you make sure reservation is on ground floor. Room was clean, but even after 5 days did not receive any clean linen even though requested. Check in took 2 hours after arrival. System of check in appeared to be paper produced even though internet service was available. Breakfast some days was limited 7-9:00 only and routine items available.

Sure was inconvenient. The water was either all hot or all cold and no adjustment on the volume.

When we arrived front desk lady announced system was down and was unable to check in anybody. There were family with kids, people kept arriving and hotel lobby was full all waiting for aprox two hours. She offered us water in the meantime, she called management who were of no use at all. Another on guest being proactive called also management told her it wasn’t the wifi but the system itself. This was unacceptable it was my second year in the row staying there for Subiefest. No discount or anything was offered for the guest who made it on time for check in and waited long period of time

Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful
