The photos on the site do not correspond to reality, very dirty, noisy, stinks, the bathroom is dirty and hair everywhere, and do not return the money, the service is terrible

The room was great. Ocean view fr M the side of the building but still amazing views. Has a full kitchen. Very close to the pier. Highly recommend the his place for your beach stay in Daytona.

It all started with very poor communication.
Property is very old. Our unit was very outdated and the worst part, dirty. We stayed for 4 nights, each day we killed at least 2 roaches and some other strange insects. There was a hole at the bottom of the front door that had black tape on it and was coming off. There was an old dried up contact lenses next to the toilet. Only 1 elevator worked for the first 3 days of our stay, and it would stop at random floors without anyone waiting. Half the appliances in the unit did not work. The stove top didn’t work (was never told) had to use a single burner that was stored under the sink. The toaster was missing the latch (useless), the kurig coffee machine had water in it (who knows how old) and didn’t work either. Mattresses were terrible, you could feel every metal spring and there was a lot of dust on the head boards. Very limited parking. Would never stay there again.

The whole property was nice. Heated outdoor pool. Everyone we came in contact was very friendly. The actually room we was in the nice. The microwave and toaster didnt work right. The sink in bathroom kept backing up. Kitchen dishes were very minimal. We got charged more than Expedia quoted. I was told Expedia.com was wrong. But we had a great time.

Posted 11 Mar 2024 on HotelsVery minimal accommodations for a condo. The bathroom linens were in poor condition. Parking is horrible unless you drive a compact car. The room had a musty odor. Not worth the amount paid.
